Affordabledevices.org offers government assisted wireless services to low income families and individuals in the United States. Qualified customers receive Free cell phone service. Certain residents may be eligible for a Free cell phone. We offer ​cellular discounts to qualified subscribers who meet certain eligibility requirements, such as government subsidies or a household income that is at or below $90,000 yearly. Your FREE Device is limited to one per household and cannot be combined ​with any other Qualifying Benefits, but if multiple people reside at the same address but receive separate benefits than individual qualifying people can apply for Free Device. Any fees collected at AFFORDABLEDEVICES.org goes toward activation ​fees, taxes, and shipping fees and costs. Devices are free if approved for ACP program and all activation, taxes, and shipping fees and costs are paid in full.

*High-Speed Data provided over 4G networks subject to network availability and handset compatibility. Videos stream at DVD Quality (480p). Reduced speeds may affect audio and video streaming, access to certain websites and content, or use of ​available applications. Monthly plans expire 30 days if not used within those 30 days. Unused accumulated data is forfeited if you switch between plans or terminate or fail to renew your plan before expiration. Unused Data/Refills/promotions ​are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value and are not transferable or refundable. Taxes/fees charged separately. Plans/rates/fees subject to change without notice. Coverage and service not available in all areas.

**After you have used your plan’s high-speed data 30 GB allowance, you will have to wait until the beginning of the next month.

ACP eligibility will be determined for the FCC by Universal Service Administrative Company’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database, or an alternative verification process approved by the FCC. Affordabledevices.org ​program participants are eligible to participate in the new federal government funded Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The ACP is a government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides ​discounts on monthly broadband internet access service and a one-time discount certain connected devices. The ACP monthly service and device discounts cannot be transferred to other individuals or households. An eligible household is limited to ​one monthly service discount and one device discount. ACP benefits may be obtained from any participating provider of your choosing and your monthly service benefit may be transferred to another provider subject to regulatory restrictions. If the ​FCC announces the end the ACP or we discontinue our ACP service offers, we will notify you and you will revert to receiving only the standard FREE Lifeline plan where available and if you are eligible. Our standard terms and conditions will apply. ​The ACP shares the same qualifying eligibility programs as Affordabledevices.org – participation in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, and Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Fund. Additional eligibility criteria are unique to ​ACP. These include Pell Grants (current award year recipients), Free and Reduced Price School Lunch and Breakfast, WIC Program, and income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Program eligibility will be determined for the FCC by ​Universal Service Administrative Company’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database, or an alternative verification process approved by the FCC.
